  • TDSi is a leading provider of Access Control and Security Systems worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to support our strategic growth and new challenges in the Southern region.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in the design, set up, and use of Access Control systems.
  • Responsibilities will include driving quotes and increasing sales of Gardis products through the UK security distribution network, as well as maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • The Sales Manager will work closely with the internal sales and support team to compile tender responses, develop a comprehensive knowledge of the TDSi Gardis product portfolio, and achieve sales targets.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • They will also have good IT skills, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases.
  • Key qualifications include direct sales experience, tender response experience, and a valid UK driving license.
  • Additional skills such as practical knowledge of network infrastructure, selling hardware and software products, and sales experience of security products are highly appreciated.
  • Working hours will be 40 hours per week, with regular travel and overnight hotel accommodation required for site visits and meetings.
