UK PCB Sales Director

IC Resources is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join their team in the UK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth in existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional looking to take their career to the next level in a buoyant market. As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in helping IC Resources achieve their sales targets and drive business growth.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in existing accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales tactics.
- Budget and forecast sales performance, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis.
- Relevant electronics engineering degree or equivalent required.
- Proven track record of success in selling technical products and services, ideally in the PCB assembly industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven performance.
