We are working with a prestigious London-based NHS Trust to find a permanent Director of Workforce Solutions & Systems.

Job Title: Director of Workforce Solutions & SystemsJob Description:

In this newly created role, you will be responsible for providing highly specialist advice and insight to the organisation on strategic workforce planning and systems.

Key Objectives:
  • Develop new models of care requiring new ways of working
  • Evaluate existing workforce pressures and plan accordingly
  • Ensure a supply of traditional and new roles to support People Plan objectives
Requirements:
  • Experience in holding corporate responsibility for workforce systems and services at a Head of level or higher
  • Strong leadership skills to lead workforce planning in large, complex organisations
Benefits:
  • Flexible working arrangement with a minimum of 2 days on site per week

Estimated Salary: £125,000 - £160,000 per annum
