Business Development Representative

Central Employment Agency (North East) Limited is seeking a skilled Sales and Estimation Specialist to join their team in Middlesbrough. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial awareness and be able to generate new business opportunities through various methods.
Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting calls and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and submit written quotations to clients using online platforms.
- Collaborate with clients to gather additional information and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Monitor and manage revisions and alterations to client orders, ensuring quality assurance and cost control.
- Input sales orders and produce work orders, maintaining accurate records.
- Highlight potential chargeable extras to clients and raise purchase requisitions for bought-in items.
- Update the company CRM system and submit regular reports.
- Familiarize yourself with quality assurance and commercial procedures related to enquiries.
