About the Role:

We are seeking a Technical Service Desk Analyst to join our team on a 3-6 month contract. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide technical support to a diverse user base in a fast-paced environment. As a skilled IT professional, you will be responsible for resolving technical incidents and queries, ensuring timely and effective support to internal users.

Responsibilities:
- Provide critical frontline support to internal users across multiple sites, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical incidents and queries.
- Conduct preliminary investigations using telephone, email, or remote admin tools, resolving issues where possible or escalating when necessary.
- Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager and Head of IT to support other directed tasks as needed.

Requirements:
- A diploma or NVQ in IT or communications (desirable but not essential).
- Awareness of ITIL frameworks or equivalent is an advantage.

Compensation:
- Estimated salary range: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
