Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Senior HR Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through strategic workforce planning, performance management, and talent development.

Responsibilities

  • Coach managers on performance management best practices and provide guidance on talent development strategies.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to execute initiatives aligned with our BU or Regional Strategy.
  • Act as a liaison between HRBPs and global COEs to ensure alignment of HR programs with internal client needs.
  • Provide HR policy, process, and program advice and coaching to employees and managers.
  • Deliver specific projects determined in our annual HR operational plan and coordinate across the global HRBP team to deliver business and HR initiatives.
  • Complete ad-hoc projects, reporting, and tasks as required with cross-functional HR/Partner teams, working on or leading projects/programs.
  • Partner with Employee Relations and Global Employment Law group to drive consistent performance management and design initiatives.
  • Partner with COEs and Ops to assist in delivering HR programs and policies in functionally and regionally relevant ways.
  • Look at greater process improvements with current Global People processes in place, such as building out living documentation related to Global People philosophies for sustainability/scale purposes.
  • Be an expert in local legislation and policy interpretation, partnering with Employee Relations to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs to execute on:
    • Strategic workforce planning
    • Calibration and succession planning
    • Organization design, change management, and culture
    • Leadership and team development
    • Relevant workforce trends which will impact the BU

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of HR programs and processes (e.g., performance management, workforce planning, talent management, and employment laws).
