Job Description: Workday HRIS Specialist
Location: Remote (or Staines)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
This is an excellent opportunity to join Michael Page Human Resources as a Workday HRIS Specialist on an interim or FTC basis. You will be working closely with the Global HR team to advise, maintain, and optimise the HR systems, primarily Workday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams across Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Internal Communication, Enterprise IT, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to identify and address strategic needs, risks, and opportunities.
- Evaluate potential HR software solutions and develop business cases.
- Contribute to the implementation of new HRIS systems and software integrations.
- Provide insights and recommendations on best practices for configuring HCM systems (Workday) and other HR tools to align with business needs.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in an HR/HRIS Analyst role.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with the back-end of Workday.
- Broad functional experience in Workday modules - ideally including Human Capital Management (HCM), Recruiting, Security, Reporting, and Advanced Compensation.
