At Scrumconnect Consulting, we are seeking an experienced Financial Management Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for implementing Workday's financial management solutions, ensuring proper financial reporting, and supporting finance teams with best-practice solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Workday Financials implementations, including modules like Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Financial Reporting.

• Configure financial workflows, chart of accounts, and financial reports in Workday based on client specifications.

• Collaborate with finance teams to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Workday Financials solutions.

• Assist in migrating financial data to Workday, ensuring accuracy and proper reconciliation.

• Build custom reports and dashboards to provide real-time financial data and insights to clients.

• Conduct training sessions for finance teams on Workday's financial management functionalities.

Requirements:

• Experience in implementing Workday Financials, including modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting. Workday Financials certification is preferred.

• Strong understanding of financial accounting and reporting processes.

• Ability to interact with senior finance executives and articulate complex financial solutions.

• Experience with data migration and integration between financial systems.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
