Long-Term Youth Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Long-Term Youth Worker to join our team in a long-term role. This position will involve supporting students with additional needs and challenging behaviors in a specialist provision in Liverpool.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will:
- Support students with various requirements, including 1:1 support and extra assistance during lessons
- Develop and implement strategies to promote student well-being and engagement
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide a comprehensive support package
To be considered for this role, you will require:
- Experience in childcare or youth work
- Strong behavior management skills
- Caring, compassionate, and resilient nature
- An understanding or experience working with children on the autism spectrum or those with SEMH difficulties and challenging behaviors
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
