Youth Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Youth Support Worker to join our team at Horizon Care & Education. As a key member of our residential support team, you will play a vital role in empowering young people to build confident futures.
About the Role:
- You will work closely with young people in daily life, including hobbies, social activities, and learning new skills.
- You will assist with morning routines, such as school preparation and breakfast.
- You will prepare evening meals and create a safe space for relaxation.
- You will help young people reach their potential and explore new opportunities.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Working in a reflective manner, delivering relationship-based care within a small team.
- Combining day, evening, night, weekend, and bank holiday shifts.
