Administrative Support Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team in Swansea. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general business administrative support to the Director of Development and People Manager.

This is a part-time position, approximately 24 hours per week, with a minimum of three working days per week. We are looking for someone who can work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office maintenance, facilities, and equipment
  • Liaise with third parties to ensure office services are maintained
  • Meet and greet visitors and accept parcels
  • Office procedures, including risk assessment, signage, and fire safety tests
  • Maintain administrative documents and databases
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong IT Administration skills, including Microsoft Office and GSuite
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Prior experience with recruitment administration would be an advantage
