We are a leading firm of Accountants and Business Advisers operating across the UK, Ireland, and the Nordics.
We are looking for an Administrator/Receptionist to join our busy office in Swansea, in a front of house role while providing administrative support to the admin team.
Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact for clients and employees visiting and calling the office
- Responsible for incoming post distribution and outgoing post, including franking mail and liaising with couriers
- Visibility of staff diaries to make appointments and prepare and distribute staff status and movements to the team
- Undertake other duties such as maintaining stationery and general supplies orders, maintaining meeting rooms, and wider ad hoc duties as required
- Maintaining client record system
- Provide support to the wider admin team
Requirements
- A self-motivated, flexible individual who can use their initiative
- Either worked in a similar role or can demonstrate the professional approach and organised style required
- Microsoft Office skills are a must
- Ability to build relationships and feel like a key member of our team
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
