About the Role

Quest Search and Selection Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to lead our B2B media sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion across our comprehensive product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and Enhance Existing Revenue Channels

Develop and implement strategies to maintain and enhance existing revenue channels, while actively pursuing new business opportunities.

Develop a Deep Understanding of the Industry Landscape

Stay up-to-date with market trends, key players, and industry developments to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Lead Client Meetings and Presentations

Lead client meetings and presentations to maintain strong relationships and drive business forward, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs and goals.

Ensure Smooth and Professional Delivery of Services

Ensure the smooth and professional delivery of services, resolving any issues internally and externally to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Provide Clients with Detailed Performance Reports

Provide clients with detailed performance reports, identifying future opportunities and areas for improvement to drive business growth.

Requirements
  • 5+ Years' Experience in B2B Media Sales

Ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in B2B media sales across a comprehensive product portfolio, print, digital, events, or conferences.

Senior Manager/Director Level Experience

Has operated at a Senior Manager/Director level, with a strong track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.

Strong Commercial Acumen

Has a strong commercial acumen and experience in driving business and profit growth, with a deep understanding of the industry landscape.

Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills, with the ability to build and lead effective relationships.
