Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our team of support workers and oversee the delivery of care services to individuals with adult learning disabilities and autism. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of care meet the highest standards, promoting independence, dignity, and respect for our service users.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in care management, preferably with experience working with individuals with adult learning disabilities and autism. You must hold a relevant qualification, such as a diploma or degree in social care or a related field.

You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including service users, their families, and other professionals.
