Are you a dedicated physiotherapist looking for a new challenge? Swansea Bay University Health Board is hiring a Physiotherapy Service Manager to join our Community Reablement Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a range of physiotherapy needs within the community setting and participating in the development of the physiotherapy service within the MDT.

You will have experience working as part of a physiotherapy team and/or multi-disciplinary team, as well as contributing to clinical education of less experienced staff or students. A strong emphasis will be placed on multi-disciplinary working, especially within service development and team learning. You will also be expected to supervise other staff, such as assistants and technical instructors, and have some supervisory responsibilities.

This role requires a strong understanding of the workings of community physiotherapy services and intermediate care services, as well as involvement in audit, research, and quality issues. We are committed to supporting staff to fully embrace bilingualism, enhancing the service user's experience. In particular, we welcome applications from Welsh speakers.
