We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Manager to join our team in the Neath area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to lead a team and provide leadership, direction, and management to deliver the highest levels of care and support to people with autism.


This role requires a person-centred, supportive, and sensitive approach towards the needs of autistic people. The ideal candidate will have a background in supporting autistic people in previous roles within a social care environment and possess a QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.


The successful candidate will have previous experience of leadership or management and will be able to demonstrate a wealth of experience in working with autistic people. They will also have a full UK driving licence as they will be required to travel to all services in the Neath area.

Requirements:

  • QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Previous experience of Leadership or Management
  • Experiences of working with Autistic Adults
  • Qualification in Positive Behavioural Support would be desirable or the willingness to work towards one
  • Full UK driving licence

We need you to be resilient, person-centred, supportive and sensitive towards the needs of autistic people and have a background in supporting autistic people in previous roles within a social care environment.
