Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective leadership and direction to a team of support staff.

  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Promote a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements:

  • QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in a management role within a social care setting.
  • Substantial experience working with autistic adults.
  • A strong understanding of positive behavioral support strategies (desirable).
  • Full UK driving licence.
