As a key member of our operations team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and owning our relationships with existing clients, overseeing the day-to-day delivery of our contractual obligations, and maintaining responsibility for understanding each contract, its scope, KPIs, and SLAs.
The ideal candidate will have experience owning budgets, raising POs, managing invoices, and project management. They will also be responsible for overseeing all renewal and extensions for client contracts, promoting the organisation's capabilities to clients, identifying additional sales opportunities, and updating clients of any service-related issues.
The role will also involve working with various departments across Technology, including Client Services, Product, and Development, to identify and define requirements for complex issues, and working with stakeholders to design and implement positive outcomes.
