About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Pharmacy Learning & Development team as a Learning and Development Manager - Pharmacy Services. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training solutions that support the career pathways and professional development of our pharmacy colleagues.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that our training solutions are current, patient-centred, and aligned with business strategy. This will involve building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of training solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years post-registration experience in community pharmacy, preferably with a background in people development and training. A passion for professional standards and professional development in a pharmacy-led retail environment is essential.

Based in our Nottingham Support office, this is a full-time role with opportunities for part-time and job share arrangements. We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including flexible working options and a positive and inclusive working environment.
