Learning and Development Professional

Join us as a Learning and Development Professional at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS and take on a key role in shaping the future of education and training within our organization. As a specialist in learning and development, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective education programs, ensuring curriculum alignment, and evaluating all education programs delivered by DREEAM.

You will work closely with the Senior IPE to manage the inter-professional education portfolio, resources, and team. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing performance monitoring of staff personal development plans, participating in recruitment and selection processes, and supporting the ED team in ensuring clinical audit takes place in line with expected standards.

About You

To succeed in this role, you must have a First-level Registered Nurse qualification, current NMC registration, and experience of supervising, teaching, and assessing learners. Knowledge of trust training policies, practice teacher/Pg Cert Education, teaching, and assessing qualifications are essential. A teaching and assessing qualification, as well as experience of delivering medical device training, are desirable.
