Career Opportunities: Learning and Development Manager
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Learning and Development Manager at Nottingham Trams Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's training strategy.
Key responsibilities will include delivering high-quality training courses, managing relationships with apprenticeship providers and external training providers, and providing reports to management on the effectiveness of training programmes.
The ideal candidate will possess a Level 3 Award in Education and Training or willingness to work towards it. Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills to identify training needs and development gaps, and the ability to quickly build strong working relationships are also essential.
We offer a competitive annual salary of £36,000, 33 days holiday, inclusive of Bank Holidays, and an excellent range of benefits, including free tram travel for you and any dependants, free on-site parking, and medical cover with Westfield Health.
