Aspire People is currently seeking skilled Teaching Assistants to join our team and work in Key Stage 1 settings across Nottingham City and surrounding areas.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience working with students, teachers, and staff, and to make a real difference in the lives of the children you work with.

We are looking for individuals who are adaptable, flexible, and able to prioritize tasks and manage their time effectively. You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and other staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. To provide high-quality support to students in Key Stage 1, including assisting with lessons, managing behavior, and providing one-to-one support where needed
  2. To work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to deliver a cohesive and effective learning program
  3. To maintain accurate records and reports, and to contribute to the development of policies and procedures
  4. To participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
