Company Overview:
Oakleaf Partnership is a leading retail business seeking an experienced Reward Manager to support the delivery of our compensation and benefits strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Reward to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Reward in cyclical reward processes such as annual salary and bonus review
- Lead benefits renewals, implementations of changes, and introduction of new benefits
- Own bonus calculations, communication of bonuses, and bonus reporting
- Oversee salary surveys and benefits surveys

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a reward role, preferably with exposure to both compensation and benefits
- Experience working in a company with hourly paid employees
- Strong analytical skills with excellent Excel skills
