HR and Payroll Operations Coordinator

Job Description:
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled HR and Payroll Administrator to join our team at Ad Warrior. This role is responsible for providing administrative support for both human resources and payroll functions, ensuring the smooth operation of these critical business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with HR system development and updates, maintaining accurate staff records in a timely manner
- Support new starter and leaver administration, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage payroll administration, including salary changes, bonus payments, and SMP/SPL/SSP calculations
- Process P11Ds and electronic filing, adhering to regulatory requirements
- Administer probationary meetings, salary reviews, and sickness absence management
- Maintain training records and ensure employee benefits, such as YuLife and Westfield, are accurately administered
- Produce letters and documents throughout the employee life cycle, including probationary outcomes and salary reviews
- Monitor and respond to HR, payroll, and personal inboxes, escalating queries to the HR team as necessary
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience in HR administration, with payroll experience desirable
- Excellent Excel/Word skills and attention to detail

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum, reflecting the competitive market rate for this role in Spalding/Hybrid locations.
