HR and Payroll Specialist Role in Spalding

Salary:£27,625 per annum + Hybrid Working

A motivated individual with experience in HR administration is sought by a professional services company based in the UK. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dedicated team environment, supporting the smooth operation of HR processes.

We are currently working with Blusource Recruitment on this exciting opportunity for an HR and Payroll Administrator to join their client's team. This role involves managing HR operations, ensuring compliance, and overseeing monthly payroll processes for approximately 300 staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day HR operations, focusing on administrative tasks to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance.
  • Manage monthly payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments for 300 employees.
  • Coordinate employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance.
  • Assist in employee relations tasks and support the HR team in various administrative duties.
  • Participate in HR projects aimed at continuous improvement and process optimisation.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in an administrative or support role.
  • Prior experience in payroll management is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
