Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR and Payroll Administrator to join our team at Ad Warrior. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing support with human resource duties, ensuring a highly confidential, prompt, accurate and efficient service to staff, the Board and outside agencies.

About the Role
  • To assist with the administration of employee data, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and terminations.
  • To maintain accurate payroll records and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • To provide support with absence management, including managing leave requests and monitoring attendance.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar HR and Payroll role.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
