The One Group is seeking an experienced HR Administrator Coordinator to assist with HR duties, providing a highly confidential, prompt, accurate, and efficient service.

The ideal candidate would be someone in the early stages of their HR career, with a year or more experience within HR Administration. Knowledge of Payroll and the legislation and tax relevant to both payroll and Pension schemes would be an advantage also.

In this role, you will work closely with the HR team to maintain staff records, administer new starters and leavers, and process payroll transactions including salary changes, bonus payments, SMP, enhanced maternity payments, SPL and SSP, changes in personal details, and additional payments.

You will also calculate salary sacrifice for payroll benefits such as cycle to work, buy and sell holiday, and pensions. Additionally, you will manage the HR mailbox, payroll inbox, and personal inbox, responding to staff queries and escalating to the HR team where necessary.

This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in HR system development and updates, administration of probationary meetings and salary reviews, and production of letters and documents throughout the employee life cycle.

The estimated salary for this position is around £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. The package also includes a range of benefits including death in service, life insurance, and a pension scheme.
