We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As an integral part of our professional services organisation, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of HR systems and processes.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining HR systems and processes
  • Supporting new starters and leavers with administrative tasks
  • Coordinating payroll administration and ensuring accuracy and compliance with legislation
  • Calculating salary sacrifice for payroll benefits and submitting P11Ds electronically
  • Managing probationary meetings and salary reviews
  • Administering sickness absence management and responding to staff queries

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organisational skills and time management
  • Detailed knowledge of payroll and legislation
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
