Shared Services Administrator

This Payroll Shared Services Administrator role is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing administrative support for the employee lifecycle process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
Responsibilities- Manage the payroll inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner.
- Process monthly and weekly payrolls, including calculation and input of timesheets.
- Maintain accurate records of absence and attendance, statutory payments, and third-party deductions.
- Distribute payroll-related reports using tools like Excel and Pivot Tables.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience working in a payroll environment, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, including experience with Pivot Tables.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
