Growth Marketing Strategist

About the Role
Kofax is seeking an experienced and results-driven Growth Marketing Strategist to join our global team. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define campaign objectives, target segments, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create detailed campaign plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate the implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, content, and online events.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials and assets.
- Ensure campaigns are launched on time and within budget, meeting all defined objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Communicate campaign plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business or marketing-related field.
- 3-5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on B2B lead generation in a software or similar technology company.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Proficient in search traffic sources, marketing attribution tools, webinar technology, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Brings a strong work ethic; takes the initiative and thinks creatively to get the job done.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of ABM concepts and frameworks a plus.
Key Performance Indicators
- Number of qualified leads, accounts engaged, conversions, and pipeline generated.
Skills and Knowledge Required
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM, Eloqua or Marketo marketing automation, Goldcast or other webinar platforms.
- Strong presentation, writing, and communication skills.
- Excellent project management.
