About the Role

Kofax is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Growth Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Create and implement marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Measure and Analyze Campaign Performance: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Optimize and Improve Campaigns: Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance and drive business growth.
  • Communicate Campaign Results: Present campaign results and insights to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing: A degree in business or marketing-related field is required.
  • 3-5+ Years of Marketing Experience: Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Marketing Automation and Analytics: Proficient in marketing automation platforms, search traffic sources, and marketing attribution tools.
  • Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of ABM Concepts: Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) concepts and frameworks is a plus.
Preferred Skills
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM: Experience with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong Presentation and Writing Skills: Excellent presentation, writing, and communication skills.
  • Excellent Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
