About the Role

Kofax is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns that align with our business goals and target audience needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute ABM Campaigns: Plan, coordinate, and manage ABM campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and BDR outreach, to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Target Account Identification and Segmentation: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and segment key target accounts and personas, and develop personalized marketing content and messages tailored to their needs and pain points.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze ABM campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI, and conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.
  • Reporting and Communication: Generate detailed reports on campaign outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns, and communicate campaign plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business or marketing-related field.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on B2B lead generation in a software or similar technology company.
  • Skills: Proven experience in developing and executing successful ABM campaigns, proficient in search traffic sources, marketing attribution tools, webinar technology, and marketing automation platforms, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
