About the Role

Kofax is seeking a seasoned Growth Marketing Manager - ABM to join our global team. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute ABM Campaigns: Design and implement highly-targeted marketing strategies that focus on specific accounts and prospects, aligning with business goals and target audience needs.
  • Plan and Coordinate ABM Campaigns: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and manage ABM campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, content, events, and BDR outreach.
  • Identify and Segment Target Accounts: Work closely with the sales team to identify and segment key target accounts and personas, leveraging ABM tools and technology.
  • Create Personalized Marketing Content: Develop and deliver tailored marketing content and messages that address the needs and pain points of target accounts.
  • Coordinate Campaign Execution: Ensure the successful launch of ABM campaigns, meeting all defined objectives and budget constraints.
  • Monitor and Analyze Campaign Performance: Track and analyze ABM campaign metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI, making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
  • Communicate Campaign Results: Provide regular updates on campaign outcomes and insights to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business or marketing-related field.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on B2B lead generation in a software or similar technology company.
  • Skills: Proven experience in developing and executing successful ABM campaigns, proficiency in search traffic sources, marketing attribution tools, webinar technology, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic.
