About the Role

Kofax is seeking a seasoned Growth Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute ABM Campaigns: Plan, coordinate, and manage ABM campaigns that align with business goals and target audience needs.
  • Target Account Identification and Segmentation: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and segment key target accounts and personas.
  • Content Creation and Personalization: Create and deliver personalized marketing content and messages tailored to the needs and pain points of target accounts, leveraging ABM tools and technology.
  • Campaign Execution and Optimization: Coordinate the implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, content, and online events.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze ABM campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI, and generate detailed reports on campaign outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business or marketing-related field.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on B2B lead generation in a software or similar technology company.
  • Skills: Proven experience in developing and executing successful ABM campaigns, proficient in search traffic sources, marketing attribution tools, webinar technology, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic.
