About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Growth Marketing Strategist to join our team at Kofax. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives, target segments, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Create detailed campaign plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate the implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, content, and online events.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials and assets.
  • Ensure campaigns are launched on time and within budget, meeting all defined objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.
  • Generate detailed reports on campaign outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Communicate campaign plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business or marketing-related field.
  • 3-5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on B2B lead generation in a software or similar technology company.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Proficient in search traffic sources, marketing attribution tools, webinar technology, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Brings a strong work ethic; takes the initiative and thinks creatively to get the job done.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of ABM concepts and frameworks a plus.
Preferred Skills and Knowledge
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM, Eloqua or Marketo marketing automation, Goldcast or other webinar platforms.
  • Strong presentation, writing, and communication skills.
  • Excellent project management.
