In this capacity, you will oversee the complete campaign lifecycle, evaluate performance metrics, and ensure that our marketing strategies are in sync with our organizational goals. This position is remote and offers flexibility with occasional travel to collaborate with the team.
Key Responsibilities
• Formulate and implement extensive marketing initiatives that resonate with business objectives and cater to audience requirements.
• Partner with the marketing team to establish campaign goals, target demographics, and essential performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop comprehensive campaign roadmaps, detailing timelines, budgets, and resource distribution.
• Oversee the execution of marketing initiatives across various platforms, including digital, social media, email, content, and virtual events.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to create top-notch marketing materials and resources.
• Ensure timely and budget-compliant campaign launches, achieving all specified objectives.
• Track and assess campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
• Conduct A/B testing and other optimization strategies to enhance campaign outcomes.
• Produce detailed reports on campaign results, offering actionable insights and suggestions for future initiatives.
• Communicate campaign strategies, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders at various organizational levels.

Required ExperienceQualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in business or a marketing-related discipline.
• 3-5+ years of marketing experience, particularly in B2B lead generation within a software or technology environment.
• Proven success in crafting and executing effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Proficient in search traffic sources, marketing attribution tools, webinar technologies, and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data, extract insights, and make informed decisions.
• Demonstrates a robust work ethic; proactive and innovative in achieving objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) concepts and frameworks is a plus.
Key Performance Indicators
• Number of qualified leads, engaged accounts, conversions, and generated pipeline.
Skills and Knowledge Required
• Proficient in Salesforce CRM, Eloqua or Marketo marketing automation, Goldcast, or other webinar platforms.
• Strong presentation, writing, and communication skills.
• Excellent project management capabilities.
