Growth Marketing Manager

Tungsten Automation is seeking a seasoned Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead our account-based marketing efforts. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for developing and executing highly-targeted marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive ABM campaigns that align with business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and manage ABM campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Identify and segment key target accounts and personas to inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop and deliver personalized marketing content and messages tailored to the needs and pain points of target accounts.
  • Monitor and analyze ABM campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.
  • Generate detailed reports on campaign outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing-related field.
  • 3-5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on B2B lead generation in a software or similar technology company.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful ABM campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
