Disability Support Professional

First Choice Selection Services is seeking a highly motivated Disability Support Professional to join our team in Belfast. As a Disability Support Professional, you will be responsible for supporting adults with physical disabilities, sensory impairments, or learning disabilities in their daily lives. This role requires a strong understanding of disability support principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support adults with disabilities in their daily lives
- Develop and implement individualized support plans
- Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality care
Requirements:
- Experience in a healthcare setting (preferably with learning disabilities)
- NISCC registration or willingness to apply
- Enhanced Access NI check
