About the Team
Our Development team is responsible for leading the council's interest in the Cambridge Investment Partnership (CIP), which has delivered over 1,000 new homes in the last seven years. As a Project Manager - Development, you will be part of a high-performing team that operates in a focused geographical area within Cambridge. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality sustainable buildings, and we are seeking an experienced professional to join us in achieving this goal. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in project management, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to play a key role in delivering the development programme. We offer a competitive salary of £46,715-£51,671 per annum (City Pay Band 7), plus benefits including a generous annual leave allowance, access to the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS), and a variety of learning and development opportunities.
