Award-winning housebuilder Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate a new build residential scheme in Cambridge. The project involves working on a large-scale RC frame development, which presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to develop their skills and expertise.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of over 100 units, ensuring the successful delivery of the project while maintaining a strong focus on Health & Safety and quality control. The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of managing similar schemes for a reputable Main Contractor or Developer and will have excellent technical knowledge and communication skills.
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications are essential for this role, which requires the ability to commute to Cambridge on a daily basis.
