We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to join our team on a new build residential project in Cambridge.

As part of the Fawkes and Reece team, you will work closely with a well-respected Main Contractor to deliver this exciting project. With 147 units to manage, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire process from start to finish, ensuring seamless collaboration with other fit-out managers.

Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in supervising site activities or similar
  2. Appropriate CSCS card
  3. SMSTS certificate
  4. First Aid at Work certificate
  5. Basic IT skills

The successful candidate will also be responsible for H&S Management, reviewing and approving RAMS, Snagging/De-Snagging, and monitoring works for RAMS/Safety Management adherence. A competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum is available for this role.
