The successful candidate will be based remotely or ideally close to the Cambridge area and will have the opportunity to work on building projects that maintain and improve existing housing stock and increase energy efficiency for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside an Associate or Director as part of an experienced team to successfully manage and deliver cost management of planned maintenance programmes to residential dwellings.
  • Managing project finances and developing collaborative relationships with clients, contractors, and supply chain partners.
  • Acting independently and confidently in a client-facing role, with minimal supervision required.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working on asset management/maintenance contracts and residential projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction/building technologies used in the maintenance, repair, and improvement of existing residential buildings.
  • Relevant construction-focused qualification and proven experience in asset management/maintenance contracts.
