We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Cost Manager to join our team in Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial performance of new connection projects during the construction phase.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Project Managers and the Finance team to ensure accuracy, transparency, and budget alignment.
- Provide detailed financial information to the Project Finance team for budget amendments and production of month-end management reports.
- Regularly review project invoicing to ensure the timely issue of customer invoices.
- Minimum 3 years experience as Quantity Surveyor.
- Contract Management experience.
- Previous experience of power, Gas and/or water distribution networks (desirable).
- Fantastic annual leave package including a Christmas shut down.
- 25 days holiday increasing after 2 years by 1 day each year up to 30 days plus 9 public holidays.
- Holiday buy scheme.
- Discretionary bonus.
£45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience.
