About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Cost Manager to join our team in Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial performance of new connection projects during the construction phase.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and the Finance team to ensure accuracy, transparency, and budget alignment.
  • Provide detailed financial information to the Project Finance team for budget amendments and production of month-end management reports.
  • Regularly review project invoicing to ensure the timely issue of customer invoices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience as Quantity Surveyor.
  • Contract Management experience.
  • Previous experience of power, Gas and/or water distribution networks (desirable).
Benefits:
  • Fantastic annual leave package including a Christmas shut down.
  • 25 days holiday increasing after 2 years by 1 day each year up to 30 days plus 9 public holidays.

Salary:

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience.
