Construction Project Cost Manager

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Cost Manager to join our team at Coel. As a key member of our fit-out projects team, you will be responsible for managing costs and ensuring budgets are met.
The ideal candidate will have advanced analytical skills to interpret financial information, a bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or similar, and excellent knowledge of construction, specifically fit-out projects.
You will work closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to negotiate contracts and track project costs. Your strong numeracy and financial management skills will enable you to identify and manage financial project risks and prepare detailed project financial reports for senior management.
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 25 days holiday, cycle to work scheme, and enhanced maternity/paternity pay.
In this role, you will maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of fit-out projects within budget and to the required standard.
