Job Description: Project Costing Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a large, ever-evolving company on a wealth of fascinating and challenging projects. As a Project Costing Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately assessing project costs and providing reliable estimates for construction and fit-out projects.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain accurate records of sub-contractor and supplier databases.
  2. Coordinate site inspections and surveys to ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Develop comprehensive tender submissions, perform risk analysis, and review with Senior Estimator, Commercial Manager, and Sales Lead.
  4. Work closely with the Sales Lead on D&B projects to achieve business objectives.
  5. Collaborate with sub-contractors to ensure accurate scope of work and efficient project execution.
  6. Prepare and handover project documentation to the project team on successful tenders.
