Cost Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Manager to join our Healthcare team in Cambridge. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end cost management services on major healthcare projects and programmes.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills and experience in using digital cost management tools to optimise cost performance. They will work closely with design teams, sector specialists, and main contractors to manage design to budget.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing cost management strategies to achieve project goals
  • Analysing and testing budgets using national data
  • Collaborating with designers to improve cost planning and highlight changes between design versions
  • Informing clients of future cost trends and advising on procurement and contract strategies

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
