About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled project manager to join our Development team. You will be responsible for managing new build development schemes from pre-contract through to construction phase and beyond, working closely with Hill and Council teams. Your expertise will help us achieve our ambitious target of developing 2,400 homes over the next 5 years.

The ideal candidate will have experience in development, surveying, or project management and a passion for housing development. They will be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £48,000 per annum, plus benefits such as flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple development schemes simultaneously, ensuring cost, quality, and programme are met.
  • Support the council's strategic asset management plan by identifying suitable assets for investment and regeneration.
  • Provide accurate presentations and reports to stakeholders on project progress.
  • Draft relevant frameworks, contracts, and documentation to formalise development schemes.
