Are you passionate about sustainable building design and keen to make a tangible impact on the built environment? Magic Mondayz is seeking a talented and driven Building Physics Engineer to join our team in Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in projects, focusing on optimising energy performance, indoor environmental quality, and sustainability.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conducting thermal modeling, energy analysis, and daylight simulations to ensure buildings are designed and constructed with the highest standards of energy efficiency.
  • Providing expert advice on building envelope performance, HVAC systems, and energy-efficient design strategies to our clients.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to integrate sustainable practices into all phases of the building lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Sustainable Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is essential for this role.
  • Experience with building simulation software, specifically IES VE, is highly desirable.
  • A strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and sustainability standards is required.
Salary and Benefits Package

We offer a competitive salary of £75,000 - £95,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and 25 days annual leave.
