Business Development Manager

Wood Digital Consulting is seeking a Commercial Manager to support a UK project within the System Integration business.
This role involves effective commercial coordination of the project, adhering to Company commercial policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include delivery of commercial reporting to the Business Unit and ensuring all commercial procedures are followed and reviewed.
Key Requirements:
- Significant experience in a similar role with good leadership and management experience
- Experience of NEC contracts, particularly NEC4
- Proven experience in contract administration, including change management
- Awareness of all relevant corporate and project procedures
- Experience in contract negotiations and claims resolution

- Integrity
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage others
- Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems
This is a hybrid role that can be based anywhere in the UK, with mobility and travel expected as required. The successful candidate will be able to pass a HMG Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check.
