Website Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Website Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Phillips Grant Ltd. As a key member of our fast-growing digital transformation team, you will be responsible for selling market-leading website solutions to C-level executives in the public sector.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end sales management—from initial calls to closing deals.
- Identifying business challenges and providing tailored digital solutions.
- Building strong relationships and negotiating complex agreements with senior decision-makers.
Ideal Candidate
- You have 1-2+ years of sales experience, ideally within website or digital agency environments, but generic SaaS sales also considered. You're motivated by hitting targets, comfortable in fast-paced sales, and ready to take your career to the next level. Public sector experience is a bonus but not essential. Strong communication skills and CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce) are a must.
